Try self-stimulation to help loss of libido: "Women who are able to masturbate are more likely to be more satisfied with a partner and experience orgasm more consistently," says Koch. "It is a myth that if women enjoy masturbation, they won't want a partner — it's the reverse. You learn what feels good and you can express that to your partner, and guide your partner."

It's very true. The less I wanted masturbation (damn you NuvaRing) the less I wanted sex... and now that I've been able to masturbate more again, my sex drive is going up. With men it seems the longer they go without sex the more they want it, whereas with women, it's the more they have sex, the more they want it, and if they go a long time without it they're less likely to want it.
THAT is an excellent point! I'm definitely curious in the differences between female and male masturbation, and that's one of them. Thank you! :D
